By embedding both the potential for error and the error-correction program, He possesses control over not only the players in the game but the rules of the game as well. Therefore, the fact that He implemented it shows there is a specific reason why it is currently not perfect. Why isn't it?

Because someone leaned into the system to challenge the Programmer’s authority. A vacuum was thus created, as an abuse of free will took place on the part of the participants in the game. And for the duration of this probationary period—while the viability of this rebellion is demonstrated by those who abused their freedom—the Programmer installed this error-correcting version of DNA.

Since the Programmer's supreme knowledge stands in contrast to the potential for error in DNA replication, His installation of this temporary patch logically implies that the system in this form is not the final state. It proves we are inside a probationary period.

The core of this observation is that the potential for DNA errors and the existence of the built-in error-correction program constitute a strictly supervised process. It follows directly from the Designer's supervisory capacity that He structured this current, non-final state of the system for a specific purpose. This is because error and perfection (flawlessness) are incompatible and cannot coexist. Our current world ticks away under the quarantine of genetic entropy and an expiring probationary period (Romans 8:20-21), but the temporary error-correction software built into DNA is itself the physical seal and prophecy: the Programmer has not abandoned the projekt.

Spiritual awakening occurs when man realizes that he is not the descendant of an ape, but the image of the Almighty Infrastructure. When the probationary period of the quarantine expires, absolute control over the blind material world will be restored through the Son, and via the cosmic System Restore, "God will be all in all" (1 Corinthians 15:28)—where death, mutation, and entropy are permanently deleted from the source code of the universe.
